Service Center Terms
Rules for accepting, diagnosing, repairing and storing products at the service centre.
Terms for accepting a product at the service centre
1. The product has been accepted by the service centre for diagnosis and, if a fault is identified, for repair.
2. Where the reported fault is intermittent, work to rectify it is deemed to begin on the day the fault manifests itself at the service centre.
3. With the customer’s consent, the product has been accepted without disassembly or inspection for faults and/or internal damage. The customer agrees that all faults, internal damage and hidden defects that may be discovered in the product during diagnosis (for example, signs of corrosion, ingress of moisture, foreign objects or insects, mechanical damage, evidence of unqualified repair, etc.) arose before the product was accepted under this receipt.
4. The result of the preliminary inspection at the time of acceptance is not final, and the customer will be notified separately of any faults identified during diagnosis.
5. The service centre is not responsible for any loss of user settings or data on the device, except where otherwise specifically agreed.
6. Repairs are carried out within 14 days. If the supply of spare parts is delayed, the repair period may, with the customer’s agreement, be extended to up to 32 days.
7. If this document is lost, the product will be released upon presentation of a passport or another document identifying the customer in whose name the product is registered, together with that customer’s written application. ·
8. After the repair is completed, the product is stored free of charge for 3 working days. Paid storage costs UAH 50 per day. If the product is not collected from the service centre within 30 working days, the company may sell it to cover the repair costs or dispose of it. ·
Attention! By submitting a product to the service centre, you automatically agree to our User Agreement!
